Babelstone Unicode
BabelStone software, by Andrew Wood, maintains two essential software applications for handing Unicode on the Windows platform.
- BabelPad
- A free Unicode text editor for Windows (now supports Unicode 5.2)
- BabelMap
- A free Unicode character map tool for Windows (now supports Unicode 5.2)
In my experience, both BabelPad and BabelMap will operate under WinE, on the Linux platform as well.
